Social Groups

Our club is ideally set up for Social Groups of all sizes and standards of golf. The variety of our 4 courses, our modern Clubhouse with its Lounge, View Restaurant and Terrace and our friendly atmosphere always provide a good day for your group.

Golf is a wonderful social game with golfers of all standards being able to play together (and compete).  Each tee group is its own social group for the day and often beyond the day.  Mixing with a larger group after play, to tell a few stories and have a few laughs makes for a good time.  Indeed it often compensates for some of the “golfing experiences”.

With our Clubhouse open 7 days a week for snacks, meals and drinks you can be assured of a quality setting after your game.  For people who want to stay overnight, or longer, we have the 39 rooms of the Fairways Resort on site and many other accommodation choices near by (refer accommodation).

While the large Social Groups often receive the most attention form Golf Clubs we also pride ourselves on our service to smaller groups.  We have many groups that play with us on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.  When will your group play with us?  Do you want to transfer your group to our club as your home base?  Give us a call.

We also recognize that many people have moved to the Mornington Peninsula and are looking to join a Golf Social Group.  We have set up a number of mixed 9 hole Social Groups for these golfers where they can choose when they play, but do not need to commit to being there every day.  These are a great way of meeting new people, enjoying your golf and generally having fun.  As regular players these golfers save a little on the normal green fee rate and also have a wonderful time (refer to Acacia Pass).
