Competitions

One of the major benefits of membership is to have an official handicap and to play in the Club competitions.

In addition to being able to go and play 9 or 18 holes (almost whenever you like) we have club competitions every day.  We have a great time as shown by the Indian Village photo below on the Dad's Army Fun Day. (The hole is under the white well)  After each round members and guests, normally share a drink, or a snack and a chat in the Clubhouse. 

Monday Morning - This competition is open to all members (men, women, &  Juniors). Results presentation is at approximately 1.30 pm.

Tuesday Morning - Is the main day for our Womens golf.  Normally the field would be 120+ .The results and other news are completed by 3.00 pm.

Wednesday All Day - Is our main mid-week Men’s competition with a field throughout the day of 200+.  The presentation is normally about 6.00 pm.

Thursday Morning - Is also a Womens Golf day on one of the courses.  Normally about 80 golfers participate.

Friday Morning -As per Monday.

Saturday All Day - Is split into 3 or more competitions.  Men play the designated course with one competition e.g. stableford, split into 3 grades.  While other men play from the first tee of the second course in another competition e.g. Par, split into 2 grades.  Women also play starting from the 10^th tee of the second course.  One of the competitions  includes mixed  groupings.

Sunday Late Morning - We have a mixed competition starting around 11.00 am.

Nine Hole Members Competitions

The Mens 9 hole members play Monday and Friday mornings.  The womens "Nifty Niners" play Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings.
