Hole #1
Professional's Tips - A Dog-leg left hole. Tee shot with either driver, or fairway wood, must be kept down the centre/left hand side of the fairway. This leaves a short iron approach which must be kept below the hole.
Hole #2
Professional's Tips - A Dog-leg right hole. Tee shot must avoid bunker on the right hand corner. Lay up short of fairway bunkers to allow an uphill pitch to a long green. Make allowance for the pin position.
Hole #3
Professional's Tips - A straight tee shot with out of bounds on the right. Slight dog leg left into an elevated green. Another long green - allow for the pin position.
Hole #4
Professional's Tips - This mid iron shot must carry the bunkers on the front right side. A grassy hollow is the only trouble left.
Hole #5
Professional's Tips - Aim tee shot left of centre. This opens up the fairway for the 2nd shot. After a good fairway wood, you should be left with a somewhat simple pitch over a bunker and a grassy hollow at the front that must be carried.
Hole #6
Professional's Tips - A long tee shot that avoids the fairway bunkers on the right is required on this dog-leg right par 4. The green slopes abruptly away on all sides except the front.
Hole #7
Professional's Tips - This hole lives up to its rating as No. 1. A dog-leg right, the tee shot should be long and to the centre/left. A wide depression in front of the green foreshortens the shot in.
Hole #8
Professional's tips - A long iron or wood is required to reach this long narrow green, bunkered right and left with a down slope at the back. Keep ball straight and below the hole to keep putting easy.
Hole #9
Professional's Tips - A great hole with a narrow undulating fairway heavily treed on both sides. Tee shot should be positioned in the left hand side of the faiway leaving a short to mid iron approach to this elevated green.
Hole #10
An accurate drive down a funnel of pine trees is required on this tough par 4, try to keep left of centre. Difficult 2nd shot with a creek short, bunkers left and right and green slightly elevated.
Hole #11
A tricky hole with trouble on all sides. The creek in front and right and a deep grassy hollow on the left and a sloping green present a real challenge on this difficult par 3.
Hole #12
The creek follows this hole from tee to the green. A blind 2nd shot from an uphill lie across a big dip in front of the green, always plays a club longer than you think.
Hole #13
This picturesque hole, nestled amongst pine trees, plays from an elevated tee to a tiered green guarded by deep bunkers and needs a long accurate iron shot to make the putting surface.
Hole #14
A tough driving hole with trouble both sides. Avoid the fairway bunker on the left and blackboys to the right at any cost! The short iron approach must avoid the bunkers to the left and steep slope guarding the green from the front.
Hole #15
An uphill dog leg right with a water hazard on the right hand side with bunkers beyond. Play the tee shot left, then an iron shot to short of the fairway bunkers will leave a short pitch to the green. Check the pin position, long green with bunkers on right and left side.
Hole #16
A beautiful hole flanked by pine trees and bunkers on the left side. After a tee shot across a valley the 2nd shot is a blind one that must be down the right side to avoid the deep bunkers. This will leave a simple pitch into the green.
Hole #17
A sharp dog-leg left with pine trees both sides. The drive should be well away from the corner and the long 2nd shot also to the right of the flagstick.
Hole #18
A spectacular finishing hole. An elevated tee shot to a tight fairway and then a 2nd shot to a tiered green guarded by deep bunkers. Very long green - check pin position before club selection.
