Due to the uncertainty of the golfing landscape moving forward, we have decided to wait until further announcements on Sunday before opening timesheets for the week starting Monday 26th October.
Opening the timesheets early in pairs is possible however if we are permitted to play in fours this will be a logistical nightmare. We will need to change tee time intervals so to cause the least amount of disruption we will open timesheets in a similar way to this week. Unlike some other Clubs, we are not confident enough to open timesheets early with a presumption we will be permitted to play in fours, only to be told this is not the case!
Unless the Government make straight statements on Sunday about group sizes, motorised cart use, competitions, etc we will operate under the conditions we currently find ourselves in. Golf Australia have informed me they expect to have clarity and make a statement to Club on Monday afternoon.
Therefore timesheets for next week will open as follows:
Monday 26th October – Course 1 open Sunday 25th at 6pm – Course 2 open Sunday 25th at 7pm
Tuesday 27th October – Course 1 open Monday 26th at 6pm – Course 2 open Monday 26th at 7pm
Wednesday 28th October – Course 1 open Tuesday 27th at 10am – Course 2 open Tuesday 27th at 11am
Thursday 29th October – Course 1 open Tuesday 27th at 12pm – Course 2 open Tuesday 27th at 1pm
Friday 30th October – Course 1 open Tuesday 27th at 2pm – Course 2 open Tuesday 27th at 3pm
Saturday 31st October – Course 1 open Tuesday 27th at 4pm – Course 2 open Tuesday 27th at 5pm
Sunday 1st November – Course 1 open Tuesday 27th at 6pm – Course 2 open Tuesday 27th at 7pm
This will return the timesheets to open 5 days in advance once again.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
