Golf
Any club is only as good as its golf course and Rosebud Country Club is a leading Mornington Peninsula golf club with two real gems that will delight everyone from the experienced golf professional to the casual player.
The North Course ranked at #50 in Australian Golf Digest’s Top 100 Courses in Australia, it stretches to 6,204 metres off the men’s blue tees, playing to a par of 71 and with a Slope of 126. Ladies benefit from an extra shot on the 17th, the toughest hole on the course for the men. The South course measures 5,973 metres off the men’s blue tees, playing to a par of 72 for both men and ladies with a Slope of 124.
Some may find the South golf course fractionally easier, though there is little to separate the two and both thrill members and first-time visitors with their golfing challenge and immaculate appearance. The club has access to a constant supply of water, thereby ensuring the high quality year-round presentation of our courses.
Our Mornington Peninsula Golf Club has hosted many major events, including the Australian PGA Championship in 1976 and most recently The Players Series in January 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024. Play at the Rosebud Country Club once and you will want to come back again and again!
